It has been mentioned since 1094, so much so that it is one of the most famous and appreciated Carnivals in the world.
During this period, feasts and masked balls, events, fashion shows with refined costumes, hosted in the evocative setting of the Venice lagoon with its bridges and the magnificent Venetian palaces that preserve the charm of the past, make the Venice Carnival an unmissable experience that this year again returns to color the Venetian city.
There are eighteen days of festivities linked to the Carnival from the Saturday preceding Fat Thursday to the following Tuesday, in which we celebrate Fat Tuesday, before Ash Wednesday.
