Arrival Transfer
– The client will be expected outside the arrivals area with a poster with his name.
– The arrival transfer service covers 1 hour waiting period after the estimated flight arrival time.
– Baggage Allowance: 1 suitcase per person (medium size – 67cm x 45cm x 28cm)
– For baby chair set, a supplement will apply, please consult our booking department.
– Your driver can assist you along with your baggage to your vehicle waiting just outside the Arrivals Hall. You’ll not need to queue! You’ll arrive to your destination safely and soundly.
– In case of baggage problems or delays during the exit the client should call the emergency numbers:

Departure Transfer
– When leaving the hotel the client will be expected with a poster with his name. The departure transfer service covers a 10 minutes waiting period after the established time. If the client has any problem, he must contact the agency or the emergency number.

The presentation of the voucher is mandatory if the customer does not have this document at the beginning of the service (or even if you have in electronic format on your mobile phone), the local service provider may reject perform the service or transport the passenger to the destination in advance agreed.
